2nd December 2011 - During a routine inspection

The person we spoke with said that the practice was always clean. He confirmed that the dentists and nurses always offer them glasses to protect their eyes, wear these themselves and that they always wear disposable gloves. This person told us he was treated by staff who always wear appropriate protective equipment. He told us he see’s the staff washing their hands before, during and after treatments. He concluded by saying that he thought the treatment rooms were very clean and hygienic.
