20th July 2012 - During a routine inspection

We asked patients or their families if they were given information so they could understand the care, treatment and choices available to them. We were told:

“I felt fully informed about my treatment plan”.

“My dentist gave me information and explained everything as I chose to have my treatment at this practice”.

“I was given my options verbally and also given leaflets to take home so I could read more before making any decisions”.

“The care and treatment was very good and it has worked really well”.

“Everything was clearly explained to me”.

“The staff are very kind, supportive and welcoming”.

“The staff are friendly, kind, helpful and informative”.

“The care and treatment is excellent”.
