20th July 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We asked patients or their families if they were given information so they could understand the care, treatment and choices available to them. We were told:

“I felt fully informed about my treatment plan”.

“My dentist gave me information and explained everything as I chose to have my treatment at this practice”.

“I was given my options verbally and also given leaflets to take home so I could read more before making any decisions”.

“The care and treatment was very good and it has worked really well”.
