5th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with patients who told us: "They are very good, I am a very nervous patient and they are really kind and understanding”, “I am as happy as I can be when coming to the dentist”, “They explain the treatment and we are very happy”, “I am usually seen on time”, “They take time to explain what they are doing”, “Dentist asks about any changes to my medication or my heath”, “They tell me about the treatment I am going to have” and “I needed an emergency appointment and they were able to see me quickly.”
