9th November 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke to the dentist and the dental nurse at the practice. We were unable to speak to any people who use the service on the day of the visit. We were able to contact one person who uses the service by telephone and they confirmed that they had been a patient for over twenty six years and their whole family also used the practice. They explained that the treatment options and costs were always fully explained and they signed consent forms. The person who used the service commented that the dentist 'always had your best interests at heart' and 'was very resourceful'. They confirmed they 'had recommended the dentist to other people'.
