1st October 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with a patient who was using the service. These were some of their comments:

“When I first came here the treatment was explained to me. I was then asked to go away and have time to think about whether I still wished to continue with the treatment.”

“All the staff treat me with a lot of privacy and dignity.”

“I would recommend this service to anyone and would trust Mark (the dentist) with my life. Before the treatment began I was told about possible side-effects and given emergency contact details. I did once have some problems following my treatment and contacted Mark who saw me straight away.”

“I am highly satisfied with my treatment.”

“All the staff are absolutely fantastic.”
