People’s privacy, dignity and independence were respected. People’s views and experiences were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their care. One patient told us, "I always know what’s happening with my treatment.” Another patient told us, "The dentists and staff are all very professional."

Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. One patient told us, "I get a great level of service here. I moved out of the area but would never consider moving dentists. I cannot fault the practice at all." Patients told us they had no difficulty when making appointments. One patient told us, “Appointments are quick and easy to book and the text message reminders are really useful.”
