25th January 2013 - During a routine inspection
The patients told us that they were very satisfied with the high standard of care and treatment that they received at the practice and said 'best they had ever had'. We saw evidence that patients were respected and that care was taken in providing the treatment appropriate to their needs and that their records were maintained in a confidential manner. The cleanliness of the practice was evident and we saw that the staff were appropriately trained in carrying out their individual duties. We observed the nurse carrying out cross infection procedures to a high standard. The staff told us that they received a good deal of support. The dentists told us that providing a very high standard of care was their aim.
